Any subscriber to our newsletter or purchaser of products or services who does not meet these criteria will be removed from our database upon discovery and reimbursed. Additionally, any products received must be returned immediately.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client once the product leaves our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will work diligently to ensure you receive your product or a full refund in line with your warranty.
